The courtesy and professionalism

The front office staff are amazing. They are all very congenial. They make you feel welcome, which is rare for a doctor's office. I see at least 5 other providers for different things and this is the best office out of all of them. Too bad I won't be back for a year! I even met the office manager-great guy!!

Wow, I was first in contact with Security.He wheeled me up the hill,didn't have to but he saw my daughter struggling to get me into the hospital. Good from beginning to end. Doctor was kind,understanding,professional

Yes, Dr. S. has always been a very pleasant physician, very knowledgeable. He takes the time out to ensure that I have an understanding of the treatment and plan of care as well as the diagnoses, and I'm very appreciative of that. I also like the fact that he takes time to listen, and that means a lot. It makes me feel as though he is concerned and truly cares about my well-being. I'm very appreciative of that.

The parking was a problem. Cones were set up at all handicapped areas on Drs side and there were only parking spots on hospital side. Very hard on handicapped and elderly I this severely cold weather.
