I recommend my Nueroligist but getting in touch with this office is horrible and I really don't like calling there because they don't call you back nor do they ever answer the phone. That's very annoying and sometimes makes me want to change Nueroligist but I really like Dr. Koganti so I won't.

For mobility issue , me being on a cane it was hard to walk up the incline to get into the building and walking down the incline to get to my car, need more handicapped parking. I have handicapped tags but couldn't use it due to no space available. Be nice to have those golf cabs to help pick up patients and help get them back to the car. Otherwise my experience with the doctor and nurse was nice and helpful .

Yes, Dr. Koganti listens carefully. I just wish that things would progress a little more quickly. My husband is the patient. I've been trying to get an appointment with the memory people, the memory psychologists, and have had no callbacks, which is frustrating to me. But I guess there's a shortage of neurologists. So that's all I have to say.

The receptionist was wonderful. The nurse was super. She took all my vitals and talked to me and told me things about myself and I appreciated that and then when Dr. Koganti came in, I just love her. She's so personable and so sweet and easy to talk to and she does not act like she's in a rush at all and I definitely will return. I really like the whole staff. They're all very kind and concerned.
