Everything at the appointment went fine. The biggest problem I had was accessing the building where you are located. It was difficult for me to walk from the parking lot to the building. There were no benches or seats anywhere available to sit if I needed to. I needed access to a wheelchair, but trying to phone the where I was is impossible. Trying to talk to anybody on the phone is impossible constantly every time I try to call. That's it.
