Everyone was extremely nice. I didn't have any complaints whatsoever, but this was an initial visit and I had to have blood work done, so I'll have to have a follow-up visit. So I don't really know exactly how that's going to go, but yes, I would recommend it, and this is kind of a bad time to ask. It would be better after my return visit. Thank you.

I am very pleased with the care I get from Dr. Kurl. She's very understanding, asks lots of questions, and always listens to me. And I appreciate her willingness to answer all my questions. My issue is, I guess, with the staff. I am having trouble getting a medication approved by my insurance. And they had an appeal packet faxed to them from the pharmacy for well over a week. I had messaged them on my chart. They did not respond to my messages, and they did not sign the packet and send it in. So two weeks later, I finally had an appointment with Dr. Kurl, and she went to go speak with them to try to get it handled, and I'm still waiting to hear if they sent the appeal packet back to the pharmacy so they could submit it to the insurance or not. So my issue is not with Dr. Kurl.

She had a trainee with her today and he was really good I like his bedside manner I like the way he talked to me and explain to me it was as if I was talking to my doctor I enjoyed both of them there today I like both of these doctors

Staff was very welcoming. Dr. Kurl listened to my concerns and is willing to do tests to hopefully get results. I felt like she heard my concerns instead of pushing me off to another doctor.

I'm so impressed with Dr. Kurl, she has a wonderful bedside manner, and is so knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. I'm also impressed with her staff, and her nurse Allene is very helpful and nice.

Yes, I came in for my appointment and then the doctor sent me to get blood work and x-rays. I wish I had known ahead of time that that would be part of the process because I was there for a couple of hours and I didn't anticipate that. So they could have let me know ahead of time I would have been prepared.
