I am very pleased with the care I get from Dr. Kurl. She's very understanding, asks lots of questions, and always listens to me. And I appreciate her willingness to answer all my questions. My issue is, I guess, with the staff. I am having trouble getting a medication approved by my insurance. And they had an appeal packet faxed to them from the pharmacy for well over a week. I had messaged them on my chart. They did not respond to my messages, and they did not sign the packet and send it in. So two weeks later, I finally had an appointment with Dr. Kurl, and she went to go speak with them to try to get it handled, and I'm still waiting to hear if they sent the appeal packet back to the pharmacy so they could submit it to the insurance or not. So my issue is not with Dr. Kurl.

Yes, I came in for my appointment and then the doctor sent me to get blood work and x-rays. I wish I had known ahead of time that that would be part of the process because I was there for a couple of hours and I didn't anticipate that. So they could have let me know ahead of time I would have been prepared.
