New LPNs need better training to support patients, rather than block or deny authorized critical medications; more importantly not to miss quote that the M.D. did it! It happened more than once, by three different individuals. One more time, I will consider changing to another medical clinic.

Dr. Cole is one of the best doctors I've seen in a long time. And the nurses are always very polite. They listen to you and they give you good feedback and they can always answer the questions that you ask. So I believe that it's a great team and when the nurse calls back, she always has great information as well.

Dr. Cole informed me get 6 month followup. I was informed at check out she is retiring and will not be there for my 6month follow up. I need a new provider. I informed the checkout person to have her or her nurse to call me back to get more information on this. I will have to let my insurance company know who will be my new PCP. I have not received a call back. I am disappointed.

I'm planning on changing my primary position. After I got out of there, I still had questions that I didn't get asked. My physical was weak. I didn't know I had to go do a few things. I'm not sure the person read my recent experiences, which was pertinent for me to know. I think I just need to get another primary doctor. Thank you.
