It took several days, actually over a week to get an appointment with this provider and when I arrived for my appointment I did not get to see the doctor. I saw the physician's assistant and when we arrived at the office there was absolutely not one other single person there except the staff. I still waited 15 additional minutes to see the physician's assistant although there was no one there. There was no one in the parking lot except we were the only patients. It never ceases to amaze me that regardless of the circumstances you are made to wait. I just do not understand why we have to wait. My time is equally as valuable and I do not appreciate being made to wait or have to wait when there is clearly no other patients being seen.
