This is systemic issue with Wellstar as a whole. There is absolutely no reason to need an in office appointment and cost to go over test results that can simply be read in my chart. Most times, the results have been posted in mychart for several days and a simple message would suffice. From now on, I will not schedule a follow-up until after results post in mychart to determine whether it's needed. The provider and staff were wonderful as always. This is a systemic issue that they have no control over.

I was completely at ease with the NP's tone and professionalism . She educated me on my status which was pretty good considering there were precautions I still needed to take. All in all, I left my appointment feeling pretty good while taking heed to the education I just received. What more could I ask for. Thanks
