1. I don't like to go to an urgent care. 2. This was a good experience with a Dr. that seemed to care. He talked me through his pneumonia diagnosis. 3. The girls at the front were very kind and signed me in promptly. 4. The wait was about 20 minutes, but patients were taken as they came in. I was extremely pleased!

We have seen Dr. Thornton before at Urgent Care. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Thornton is the main reason we return to this location. His staff and the staff out front are super nice and helpful. If Dr Thornton ever goes into private practice, my husband and I would go to him. Very good visit to urgent care.

The doctor and my nurse were exceptional. They were professional, kind, easy to talk with. I liked that the facility was so clean and offered x-rays and different scans and blood work. It was a top of the line facility. which I will recommend and look forward to going to next time. Thank you.

He was very concerned, very thorough, and has followed up with a phone call with me after the appointment to discuss the results, as well as messaged me through my chart. I'm very happy with him. I wish he was in practice somewhere so I could use him as my general doctor. Great job, Dr. Thornton.

His listened attentively and was very hands on when it came to my concerns and needs. His staff was very professionalism also even the MA that assisted that day. I felt more at ease with the present situation which made it more comforting.
