I wasn't there but about 15 minutes and sent me to Northside Cherokee to the emergency room and it cost me $50 for them to send me to the emergency room

This was a super quick and efficient visit, we were in and out in less than 30 mins but I felt like every person listened to our concerns thoroughly!! As a Wellstar nurse, I was super impressed with our appt! Thank you Cherokee UC!

I was very impressed because I was having cardiac symptoms, you know, they got me in, registered quickly, back to the back quickly. I saw the doctor extremely quickly and was out of there and to my other, you know, they wanted me to have some, go to the emergency room and very quickly. I was very impressed and I thank you for your care so much. I loved the physician, loved him.

I had 340 appointment time they called and told me to come in right away because it was busy. II arrived around 230. It was crowded if the rain. After I came there, people were still coming in with no appointments. I wasn't seen till 5:40 PM being the last person there this was terrible. I will never go back there.

My husband and I have used this facility before, but on this day they were no appointments available online so we just walked in and were able to be seen within a very reasonable time. They were able to call us back together and see us at the same time, which was convenient for all.

I was very appreciative of the nurse that brought us back to the room and the - I don't remember if it was a nurse practitioner or physician's assistant that saw my son. I know a doctor came in and saw him as well, but the first two definitely treated his case with urgency seeing as he couldn't swallow and they directed us to head over to the ER.

First time at the Cherokee urgent care, if needed I will certainly use again. The past years I've gone to the Acworth urgent care if needed but feel the Cherokee urgent care is a better choice.
