I had a good visit. The doctor was able to give me some details about what could be going on with my shoulder. The cortisone shot did kick in on Sunday and my arm is feeling a lot better now. And I also received phone calls from an orthopedic specialist as well as a follow-up from a nurse to check to see how I was doing. So overall I am pleased with my experience.

We all love going here 1. Everyone do nice 2. Very little wait time 3. If it's long they try to accommodate 4. We never feel rushed like they other places are ansy to get to the next patience 5. Everyone very personable 6. Love it when your done your not waiting another 30 minutes to be checked out and getting tons of paper work

The checkin process needs improvement. If you have multiple people waiting to sign in on the kiosk, the staff behind the counter should jump in and sign in people as well. Not just sit there and ignore the line or tell patients they can't help them until after they use the kiosk. I understand there is a process, however I found this to be rude. Another option is purchasing additional kiosks if the staff behind the counter aren't willing to assist your patients. Esp the elderly who may not be technologically savvy

I went early like 8:30 only maybe waited 15 minutes before I was seen by Doctor and he was very thorough and ordered X-Rays and that only took maybe 15 minutes I was very pleased

Everyone we encountered was absolutely phenomenal! They put us at ease from the minute we entered the facility. I could have gone to the Kennestone ER but wanted somewhere closer. This facility and their fabulous staff knocked it out of the park!!!

They referred me to the emergency room for additional testing. They did the testing that the Dr at clinic suggested. I was admitted with several things including Cdiff.

The nurse didn't even weigh me when I came in. She asked how much I weighed and I told I have absolutely, no idea. So she said to guess. The receptionist was very nice. The doctor/practitioner was also very nice.
