I was treated with the utmost courtesy. I was greeted as soon as I entered the facility, the office, and the staff there was very, very informative. They gave me an update of what the appointment would entail. I thought that was very, very well done. And then Dr. Perlman, he came in and he immediately shook my hand. He was very courteous, very professional, but also very approachable. And he was very, very honest. He asked honest questions and he really listened to my responses. I thought that was very well. And then the nurse that came and brought me from the waiting room into Dr. Perlman's office to wait on him, she was very courteous. She took her time and took my vitals and then she asked me if I had any questions. It was a very, very, very good experience.
