I really enjoyed my conversation with the doctor. He was very informative and approachable. The intake process, friendly but not approachable and very as a matter of fact. Non-conversational, just the facts. No relationship building. Could use some work.

Dr. Middleton was absolutely amazing. He spent a significant amount of time speaking with my husband and I and reviewing my exams and offering his professional opinion of my clinical diagnosis. We left the office with a complete sense of relief and optimism. He is by far one of the best physicians I have ever come across as it relates to professionalism, empathy, and kindness.

Dr. Middleton and was very thorough on telling me of my diagnosis, and listening to any questions my wife and I both had of my injury. I got to see him right at my appointment time, no waiting. He also took care of the many pages I needed to have filled out for my short term disability. Thank you Dr Middleton and your assistant for a very pleasant doctor visit. It was a very stress free visit.

And he's been very great about explaining everything to me and what I need to do to keep up further care. Also the staff has been wonderful to me. We had a hard time securing an appointment despite the ER doctor's insistence that we relay to the practice this was an emergency. Once we got the appointment, things went smoothly. Dr. Middleton spent the time necessary with father to explain what was going on with his back and what the best course of action was moving forward. My only concern is my father's instability. If he falls again, it may be catastrophic because he is on blood thinners.
