I think the ball was dropped at the ER because they sent me to this specialist making me think that I have a big issue but when the doctor showed me the pics from the ER he said it was nothing to worry about and it has been their for years. I ended up paying money I don't have due to being out of work. It took only 5 to 10 minutes for the doctor to tell me this. I feel that I should have not been charged for this office visit

I arrived at 9am at the reception, they welcomed me and treated me well, then I went to see the nurse, she took me to the office, she took my blood pressure, weight and asked me several questions and from there she told me that the doctor would arrive and I was left waiting late for approximately 45 minutes and he did not arrive, I wanted to go to reception, finally he arrived and attended to me.

Every aspect of this appointment was either on time or early. I was literally in and out in about 25 minutes. A good portion of that was my visit with Dr. Miranda. I know it's not always possible, but it was nice to have a visit with almost no waiting.

On this my second visit with Dr. Miranda, I gained more confidence in his knowledge and a deeper appreciation for his willingness to answer my questions until I was completely satisfied. As my health status allowed him to offer to extend my visit frequency to two years, I opted to remain at once per year to maintain a close watch. Thanks to Christen, D4. Miranda and the front staff for excellent service and communication.
