Front office staff was SPECTACULAR!!! Nothing beats walking into an office and feeling welcomed. The pandemic seems to have forced us to be distant and detached from the common things in life like kindness, but the young ladies in the front office was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Dalvi did give me more information that I had about my health issue and encouraged me very nicely about developing a lifestyle that will bring about needed changes to better my health.

This was pointed out to the individual scheduling the doctor appointment, but no action was taken to initiate an order for the test. The doctor has now ordered the test and will review the results, contacting me as necessary. However, it would have been easy to get these things done in the right order in the first place.
