Although my doctor was excellent and the staff was very polite they forgot I was in the waiting room and the doctor was not informed that I was waiting for him. After I waited an hour I finally opened the door and found no one at the nurses station and called out for assistance. Finally someone appeared and the doctor was informed I was there and he attended to my concerns. That was not acceptable.
