I was a literal mess when I came into the office, riddled with crippling post partum anxiety. Sarah the MA was very kind when she brought me back and carefully listened to me. Amy was also very kind and assured me what I am feeling is very normal. Often new moms are overlooked by family and friends because everyone wants to see and hold the baby but they fail to hold and care for the new mom. I desperately needed this visit today and I certainly feel like both Sarah and Amy cared for me and listened to me in a way I haven't been since giving birth. I could cry again just at the thought of how kind they were to me today. Thank you both for listening to me and caring for me, I truly needed it.

The entire experience at the OBGYN Hiram location has been a success. Front desk is super welcoming and knowledgeable. The doctor and assistants as well the the lab tech felt comfortable and knowledgeable. True to their appointment time, I was in and out, in an hour.

Was not pleased with the fact that they recommended to "take out my iud myself if i felt the string" didn't even check my at first. Had to have the doctor who was there helping to get me examined even thought that was the whole reason of my appt.

The lady to do blood work was very rude and one of the lady's up front was rude that was the first time dealing with someone rude at the office

My appointment was scheduled 3 weeks prior. I waited 45 min in the room for Amy. She then put in my chart Pt refused exam. She NEVER offered Or Did one. Not having time to do it is a big difference in Lying saying the patient refused. & I would like that changed in my chart!Then said I would need to see a specialist bc I'm a IVF pregnancy and high risk. if this was said prior to my appointment,I would have chosen another location. I was looking for a one stop shop.There was no lab tech . Said I need to go to hospital for my labs. This is supposed to be a one stop shop! I had an allotment time for work. I didn't have time to do that. The ultrasound tech was leaving at 10:30 and gave me a 15 second ultrasound for my precious baby . She said here is the heart beat and head. Ok you can get up. I left in tears. Totally unacceptable, unorganized,LONG WAITING, and The ultrasound tech needs to find another job, she has no compassion or care.

I am always so excited to visit this location the staff are lovely, every area of the facility is clean, and overall every interaction with any staff member regardless if they are a doctor or a receptionist they are always always always delightful! I dread going to the Cobb location, and I drive an extra 35 minutes just to be seen at the Dallas location. Each time the drive is worth the time sufficient, clean, and overall pleasant experience. My prenatal visits have been the best as I come to the end of my pregnancy, thank you Dallas Team!!
