Amy was absolutely the sweetest! Amy was so easy to talk to! After having Kaiser for over 10 years we were very nervous changing insurance in fear we wouldn't find a medical group that we liked. Amy and the nurses and office staff was the best! I'm thankful we found her for our medical needs.

Staff were all very friendly. The only negative was that once we got in the exam room, we had to wait quite a while, which is usually a pet peeve of mine. Office was nice and clean and overall a good experience. Maybe just speed up the wait time if possible.

This office is fantastic. Everyone at the front staff is amazingly sweet. Everyone who works there is kind, considerate, and answers all of my questions thoroughly. I've gotten to see both Dr. Stepp and Dr. Amy, and they have both been extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

My experience was wonderful from the time i was greeted by Beth at the front to the time i left! Beth was so sweet checking me in and made sure i knew where to go for my first visit, and welcomed me to the office! Tahisha was a wonderful MA. She was very thorough with her questions and made me feel heard. Amy was by far one of the best providers i have ever seen. She did not dismiss my problems, she listened to me. I have never felt more welcomed or comfortable in an office before. Thank you ladies very much!

In my 10+ years of being cared for by Wellstar providers, this has been a top memorable experience. The front desk receptionist was warm and kind. The medical assistant Tahisha (sp) was observant and friendly. The NP was professional, knowledgeable, insightful and kind. I made this appointment after my blood pressure was high at the Urgent care the day before. The dr at urgent care sent me home with meds for the cough but I still felt that something was off. NP Amy was insightful and cautious enough to test me for Covid and boom, I was positive. God used the Wellstar staff to answer my prayers when they took care of me today. I'm definitely making this office my primary care provider. Thank you for everything!
