The front desk person (both actually) were so friendly and welcoming. This is a big change from last year. The MA was also nice, a little reserved, but nice. Checkout was easy too. I was sad the lab was closed, but the one in outpatient imaging was a breeze to use (although the signage is lacking - there is one tiny sign on the front door to the lower left. They need to add a sign that looks like the imaging sign- otherwise you think you are in the wrong place). Had a very pleasant visit.

This provider has been my PCP for over fifteen years. From the very beginning and continuing through to my last visit this doctor has made me feel like a full partner in my care. She actively listens and values my insights into how my body is working and feeling. She shows concern about on-going health issues and asks to be kept abreast of any tests and care I receive from other providers, especially those not in the Wellstar system. The staff and nurses all are welcoming and proficient in providing care. On this particular visit the phlebotomist "drew" blood. Although my veins tend to be small and roll, on this particular visit my body was a little dehydrated. Despite all these obstacles, she caused me NO pain and had the required vials of blood in no time. My entire visit was worthwhile. My PCP provided support and relevant suggestions for an upcoming procedure and then adjusted my future scheduled appointments to reflect what was going on in my health schedule. I feel very fortunate to have this provider and her staff caring for my health needs.
