I liked the quick service and the response time. What I didn't like was that I was told to be at my appointment for a 9 a.m. and I didn't get seen till close to 10 a.m. I understand that there were two people ahead of me who had a meltdown, but I only got to talk to her five minutes, but I waited just about an hour just for her to tell me the baby's fine, everything's okay, and to hear his heartbeat. That's literally less than five minutes, but I waited an hour. So my waiting was not taken into consideration, but everything else was on time. Thanks.

I would like to express that the scheduling experience at this practice is awful. Appointments have been scheduled for me without any discussion or notification before being scheduled. It is inconsiderate to my schedule and frankly, I don't understand why any professional office would do that. It is imperative that appointment times are discussed and agreed upon BEFORE the office decides to schedule. Additionally, these appointments are set for procedures I did not elect to get (I.e. induction, cesarean, and post op appointments).
