The reason for the length of wait time, was due to the mounds of paperwork. We started with establishing background and found many similarities. Of course that put me at ease. I didn't know what to expect but Ms Harris explained there would be steps to follow. I was given an extra thought about how to condition myself to get out of my head. I'm looking forward to another session and more information.
