Every Dr I have seen at this practice had been wonderful. I mostly see Dr Chaffin, as she is both of my children's pediatrician. I trust her and appreciate that she listens and truly cares. I feel like I could go to her about anything and my pre teen trust her. That's important.

My daughter is 13 now and we've always had a great experience here! Any provider we've had and all the nurses & front office have been amazing. I believe Tracy was our nurse today and she was great. Dr. Chaffin is very caring.

Both nurse Erika and Dr. Chaffin were very patient, very pleasant and made our child feel safe and provided great care! They took time to answer all our questions and suggest best care for our child. Erika waited patiently for our child to calm down before administering the vaccines, she was just excellent. It was really a great experience today.

From start to finish, this was the best experience I've ever had at an Emergency Room. Everyone was beyond pleasant and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and cared for. I was incredibly impressed. The x-ray techs and providers took both of my children and showed them how the x-ray machine worked and showed them what they were looking at in the pictures. It was genuine love and care at its finest. Well done Wellstar!
