I wish the scheduling of the next appointment could be done more quickly - it's a long time to wait between initial visit and the visit that will really facilitate a definite diagnosis, and the whole scheduling process was challenging.

I was told she took time with her patients, listened to what they had to say and really cared about people. She did not disappoint, she posses all of those traits and more.

I've been coming here for years and this was not my typical visit. I was taken back about 15 minutes after my appt time. Placed in an exam room after taking with the nurse and her taking my vitals. Then I waited. Until I'd be sitting in the room for about 50 minutes without seeing anyone. I wound up having to leave without being seen because I had to get back to work. I spent an hour and 20 minutes there for no reason and now have to go back next week. I wish they would have told me they were running that behind before my appt because I could have just rescheduled and left. If I'm going to be charged if I'm late or miss the appt, it should go both ways. I lost time on an important day and now have to take more time off work to be seen-hopefully next week.

The downsides were that appointments were running ~15+ minutes behind, I did not feel like the provider actually cared for me as a patient, and the whole experience felt rushed. I got to ask 2 questions, and my second question was addressed by someone giving me a pamphlet. All in all, I was able to check the box of getting my annual pap done but will most likely find another provider to help with my birth control needs and future appointments.
