Dr. Lopez is always thorough and detailed and able to answer any questions that I might have him, even in person or through my chart. He's always responds. There seems to ALWAYS be some discrepancy about the balance on my account and the copay. That has to be the most unsettling part of the experience. Although kind, the staff seems to never have clarity on what I am being charged and I always come prepared to cover my copay. It is annoying.

Considering all my providers, when I go to this office I always get a good blood pressure reading, I do not suffer with white-coat syndrome like I do at my other providers. The provider and team are excellent. I really feel at home. Often time I stay around after my medical visit and chat up with the staff. This is home for me. Thanks for all you all do and the warmth you show.
