The front desk was very friendly when I walked in. The guy that took me back did my x-ray and my blood pressure. He was very friendly and personal and showed great concern of my blood pressure being high. And the doctor was very concerned too and showed a lot of care. I think I'll start going there anytime I need something in the future.

All staff at this new location in Rome have been so kind both times I have been a patient here. I have recently moved to Kingston and am thrilled that Wellstar Urgent Care is here. Hopefully more specialties will come this way soon. Allison has cared for me both times and she is wonderful.

The front office staff is always so kind and as well as the nurse, the triage nurse and the nurse practitioner is always so knowledgeable and helps me to understand what's going on and what I can do to help the kids or help myself. And she's just really, really nice and I'm also very thankful for how quickly they work. There's never a very long wait and I find myself going there over like calling my pediatrician's office a lot just because I know that I can get in and out more quickly.

All of the staff today were all so amazing and nice . They were loving to my child and they made him feel safe . He was shy, but they were still able to to communicate with him .

Don't like billing as Urgent care . Raised my deductible from 35 to 75$ . That reason alone will make me reconsider returning

This is not the first time that I have showed up for an appointment where I could not get into the building. Your phone system is set up to go to a centralized location and that person couldn't even get anyone from urgent care on the line. There is nothing worse than standing outside in windy weather when you don't feel well. It was a huge hassle and the staff inside knew it was an issue, yet we were all still standing outside, waiting for someone to show up. It's just ridiculous. I typically don't go to this location, but thought I might need a chest x-ray. I will never go back. The nurse was fine, but I actually felt a little stupid for going in when it was recommended that I follow up

I had an appointment at 6:45, no, 6:15, and they had the sign turned off outside where you couldn't see where the place was, and the GPS would not bring me to the place. Then I finally got there, 15 minutes to closing. They did see me, but I think they should leave the sign on until they're closed so people can find it when they have a late appointment. That's the only reason I was not recommending it to somebody, because they probably couldn't find it.
