The amount of time it took for us to get into a room was absurd. I got to our appointment early. (It was supposed to last 15 mins). When we finally got to a room, (around 4:15, 1 hour after the arrival time) the staff was very kind and were as accommodating as they could be. They offered snacks and water. My son's cast was removed quickly and his X-rays were done quickly as well. The provider didn't make it into our room for another 45 mins. In total time we were there for 2 hours for a 15 min appt. I'm not looking forward to when we have to return in a few weeks. Something needs to change in this office. There is no wiggle room for when things go wrong. They book too many appointments for the amount of time they spend with each patient. I understand the need for making money but at whose expense? The waiting room is too small, and the lack of patient rooms is an issue. They are not serving their patients efficiently. Do better Wellstar.
