Dr Alexis Catlett really listens to me and my concerns. If she s not sure about something she will find out and let me know. She always makes sure I'm on board with the treatment plan and listens to any ideas I may have. I would highly recommend her.

The entire staff from check in to check out treated me courteously and showed genuine care. I felt listened to and that they took me seriously. Dr. Catlett truly has great knowledge and a warm bedside manner, which made me comfortable sharing about my medical needs. Even the lab tech Moriah seemed to genuinely enjoy her job, and was quite friendly.

Everyone I spoke to and interacted with was BEYOND kind and helpful!!! I've never had great visits with doctors due to my anxiety, but they were so supportive and helpful, and they answered any and all questions I had. Not to mention that the entire visit was quick and easy, especially with the blood/lab work. I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back, and I am 10000000% recommending this clinic to anyone that needs one!! THANK YOU!!!

Best dr and staff experience I've had in 20 years. Felt reluctant to try a new doctor and I came out of the office with hope. Something I haven't felt in a long time with my health concerns. Phlebotomist was amazing as well.

I love my PCP Dr Alexis Catlett. Also PLEASE add a handicapped door opener for your patients who are disabled. The door is not user friendly when using a walker, wheelchair or scooter. Thank you !

The waiting room is not set up for handicap patients. I am one month post hip surgery. The chairs are too low and hard. Be great if room had 2 high chairs. Thank you
