The provider had a rush demeanor. She told me i may need to set up a seperate appointment to discuss my issues. She refused to fill out paperwork with no logical explanation.She did not attempt to fill out nor look at paper work instead made her job easier by pushing me out the door. Horrible bedside manners,complete rush.

I was disappointed that there was bloodwork ordered but no phlebotomist on site. Additionally it was difficult to get a timely appointment for the bloodwork. I believe it would be beneficial to have a phlebotomist available on site full time. I have been accustomed to this before Wellstar purchased the practice.
