The Phlebotomist was not available to take my blood work after I fasted from midnight to 2:30 p.m the following day. I would have like to have been notified that the technician would not be available. Otherwise, I could not have been more pleased with my experience.

Dr. Catlett was very professional and upbeat. She was very much wanting to know my conditions and listened intently and thoughtfully. Dr. Catlett didn't jump to any quick diagnosis , she asked qualifying questions and we talked about what she was thinking. She listened to my chest, recommended another type of inhaler, sent me to get an X-ray and recommended and ent. She is the dr I was hoping she'd be.

I think some discussion about lifestyle and food choices, I think it's called lifestyle medicine, would be appropriate in a annual physical, apart from the medical interventions like drugs. Otherwise, a really good visit and happy with this physician and this location. Thank you.

It's rare to find a PCP who shows this level of genuine care and compassion, and it means the world to me. The front office staff is also phenomenal-friendly, communicative, and always making my visits stress-free. They go above and beyond to ensure a welcoming experience. Coming here feels like more than just healthcare; it's a place where I feel truly supported. I couldn't be more grateful for Dr. Catlett and her team! 10/10 all across the board!
