Dr. Billingslea is a great doctor. She has been my primary care provider for a few years. It would be very difficult to replace her. Dr. Billingslea knows what are problems are and greatly appreciated on the actions that I would need.

My issue is with the lab. There needs to be more efficiency for this process. Patients shouldn't have to wait almost an hour to have blood drawn. It appears that they are taking patients back 3 at a time and waiting until all 3 patients are complete before bringing in the next 3 patients. I'm not sure why but that process is forcing the long wait time. I spent more time waiting for the blood draw than I did with the doctor.

I was about 20 minutes early and they took me right away. Dr. Billingslea was efficient as always and knowledgeable about my issues. The lab was excellent as well. Didn't have to wait but maybe 5 minutes and the staff was very nice. They woman found my vein first try!
