The doctor was great! The office itself looked so gross and nasty from the lobby to the rooms and for that we will not be back

My appointment was at 3pm with a 2:45pm arrival time. By 3pm I was roomed and my son had his xray. The doctor didn't come into my room until 3:45pm. Waiting for 45 minutes with a toddler is very difficult. It would have been nice if a staff member would have gave me an update regarding my wait time. The doctor did apologize for my wait but the appointment felt very rushed due to him being so behind. I had more questions but was so ready to go that I did not bother to ask.

I believe the biggest part of me not feeling trust with the doctor is that he continued to communicate that my daughter's issue was not his area of expertise. But yet and still, he continued to proceed with suggestions. Despite my questions & concerns he persisted with his stance on treatment and his bed side manner was zero. With pediatric patients it's definitely important to listen to the parents .

I asked for the practitioner and did not get the practitioner, which my daughter felt very comfortable with. When we arrived and found out that that was not who we requested, they told us that he is very highly asked for and so they didn't give us who we wanted. And the doctor who we saw was very impatient and he was in a hurry and did not help my daughter. And I felt very uncomfortable paying for a service that I, first of all, did not ask for. I wanted to see someone else and did not see them.

From the front office where we checked in to the nurses, to the doctor himself, everyone was great, the doctor explained everything well. And when we had lab tests run, he called himself the next day and told me what the results of the lab work was and I'm very pleased with this doctor and his staff.
