From the moment I walked in the door, there were women eager to help myself and the other ladies that walked in. The First Lady I spoke with at the check in desk was so kind and helpful and I was so comfortable and calm after speaking with her I almost cried lol. Everyone I came in contact with was kind, helpful, in a good mood and informative! Dr. K answered any and every question I could think of. She was gentle and relatable and thoughtful. Dr.K made me feel prepared for each next step and comfortable going through it all with her and her team. I could've stayed there all day and enjoyed getting to know everyone there lol.

I was given a different doctor than I had requested. The nurse who took me back was new and she was unprofessional. For example, after she asked if I was experiencing domestic violence and I said no, she said "I didn't think so." The doctor was okay. However, I had some abnormalities, and she didn't explain them well. I felt rushed and confused and she made me very concerned that I have cervical cancer. She told me to come back in 6 weeks. I had to go home and do research about it on my own to try and understand and calm down. Neither the doctor nor nurse updated my prescription or added notes about the appointment on WellStar MyChart.
