The service was fast and courteous. The receptionist was friendly and explained why this consultation was not included in my benefits. I understood. The nurse was very courteous both in her treatment and in explaining to me what I had to do to wait for the doctor. The doctor, although in a hurry, immediately attended to the problem that I indicated to her right after the explanation she heard. They told me to wait to find out if my problem would require an additional consultation, so I am on hold.

Dr. K was great, so was her staff. I felt welcome and safe in a medical environment that can be uncomfortable and unsafe due to the type of procedures provided. I'm so glad I chose this office!

From the moment I walked in the door, there were women eager to help myself and the other ladies that walked in. The First Lady I spoke with at the check in desk was so kind and helpful and I was so comfortable and calm after speaking with her I almost cried lol. Everyone I came in contact with was kind, helpful, in a good mood and informative! Dr. K answered any and every question I could think of. She was gentle and relatable and thoughtful. Dr.K made me feel prepared for each next step and comfortable going through it all with her and her team. I could've stayed there all day and enjoyed getting to know everyone there lol.

Both times we had a virtual call, the dr was 30 to 45 minutes late. If I showed up that late, I would be charged a fee and would have to reschedule. Very frustrating.
