Everyone was wonderful!!? I was greeted by a very kind lady at the front desk. Angela,the nurse,took great care of me,as soon as she saw me.She remembered me from last year.I really was thankful for her kindness ,and superb medical skills. Dr. Ajirioghene F Ojadi was also fantastic!! She was so knowledgeable,kind and professional!! Thank-you all for everything!!!?

This facility is very efficient. It is much needed and appreciated. This was my second visit in a month. It helps take care of getting help when it takes a long time to get into my primary care position.

The staff in urgent care was absolutely amazing. They informed me at arrival that it would be about an hour before getting a room as they were taking appointments as well. She kept me posted on that hour and the status of a room becoming available. The nurse practitioner was caring and concerned with my problem as well as the radiology department. Since there was no reader on site they kept me abreast of the situation and the fact they were waiting on the X-rays to be interpreted. After confirming the sprain they wrapped my foot and asked me to make a follow up appointment with the Orthopeadic office! The staff is amazing, courteous, and caring, I would definitely recommend urgent care over the emergency room any day!

I would like that when someone shows up sick, that they address their needs and then take care of the payment. They first asked me about the payment and so that is the only thing I did not like, that I had to pay first.

Everyone at the urgent care was really, really good. And my only real critique is that the imaging services provided don't include CT. I had to go across the street to the hospital to get the CT scan that I needed. So, you know, other than that, everything was great.

A Ojadi NP is like a breath of fresh air. I like that she listens to hear and you feel heard. Because of this you feel Like you are a participant in your health care. Like you're part of the team. She's compassionate and comes up with the best solutions base on what she hears and medical history. I really like her bedside manners. Excellent service. From walking into the lobby. The front desk assistant the medical assistant and the Practitioner I saw. Above and beyond. I never knew this place existed. I would definitely go again and recommend anyone.

Have been dealing with WellStar for at least 20 years. I have always been treated with respect and care. They have taken care of my husband, my grandchildren, and myself. Most of my doctors are WellStar doctors, so this must show you how pleased I am with the WellStar staff.

The only complaint I had is that I found out I didn't have a co-pay when I've had a co-pay for every other urgent care visit I've ever had so I had a higher fee to pay, but thankfully they let me pay part now and the rest later.
