The doctor as well as the nurse were very attentive once they entered the room. The only concern was once seen by the nurse/assistant, the wait was almost an hour. The entire staff was very nice.

HgbA1C was done in office. I was given option to wait for results. Being sick, I left. Never got results in chart, like I was told.

She listened patiently while I explained my symptoms and then asked clarifying questions. She explained the answers to my questions carefully and even re-explained when I wasn't clear on something.
