I have been going to WellStar Powder Springs center for about 17 years. I don't have any issues with their services. The staff always polite and respectful, even when I call the office for refills and to make appointment. I feel comfortable to refer my family and friends to it.

We're new to the area and were uncertain about choosing a medical practice, but after several visits we know we made the right choice. We are definitely pleased with this practice, with Dr Mahmood and with all the staff. They are friendly, caring and highly competent - all qualities needed for great medical care.

My appointment was set for 10:30am but somehow got changed to 11:15 so I had to wait . No one informed me of the time change.

Yes. My first visit with Dr. Mahmood, he didn't seem very sure of himself. Had a hard time really having conversation with him. It was a lot of hmms and a lot of repeats. This ... as a patient, just didn't seem very confident that information I was getting from him or a wide range of information from him. Just didn't seem very doctor-like.

My provider was great today love them. The issue that I had was the nurse that assisted me in then too much care for her seem like she had a attitude may want to train her a little bit better other than that everything else was great.

As a new patient, I thought I was treated very well and welcomed by the staff. The doctor asked several questions about my health and offered several suggestions. I thought the interaction with the doctor and staff was excellent. Even having a blood sample taken was a piece of cake. The results were delivered to my portal in a few hours! Overall a very positive experience!!

Doctor was great, but this facility smells like cigarette smoke in the lobby. When I came in for my labs a week ago it smelled like weed. It is very unpleasant and the cigarette smell in particular was nauseating.
