As an aside, patients are encouraged to use mychart. At this practice there's a significant delay in their response to messages, like no other practice I've ever encountered. My family is new to this practice and we're very pleased with our experience so far. The only thing that needs work is the mychart message response time.

My previous provider retired and I am seeking to establish with a new provider. I have heard great things about this provider and hope things improve ... I feel certain they will based on the reviews for this practice. On this visit, most of my time was spent with a different provider for some reason ... I was not clear on why I was passed off to someone other than the provider that I made the appointment for. I'm disappointed, as this was to be my appointment to determine if this is the right new provider for me. Also, the information in the discharge report and notes has some glaring errors, and the info in my Mychart has been altered after this visit. I have scheduled another appointment to go over the discharge report and notes from the previous visit and try to get them corrected. Feel free to contact me for specifics if needed.
