Parking at WellStar Dallas is a nightmare.

Dr. Sheikh answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly without using confusing medical jargon. We were able to get a plan of action that helped calm my stress about the condition. The entire visit was pleasant and all the medical staff from the check in to test scheduling was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this practice for any cardiology visits.

How can you have the first appointment of the day and be called back 15 minutes late? Why should I do e-check in, asked to be there 15 minutes early, then my appointment time not met? If I'm that late bet you would charge me. Not singling out this office. It's that way with all Wellstar offices.

dr. Sheikh is excellent and I feel well cared for by him. He listens to my concerns and explains his instructions in clear, understandable terms. I don't feel rushed. He seems to truly care about me and my health. I wish all doctors were as competent and caring.

Dr. Sheikh listens, asks questions and makes sure my dad understands next steps. He is very compassionate and patient. His nurse was so friendly and positive. The front office staff was very welcoming and the woman who checked my dad out and helped him make his diagnostic appointments was very engaging and so helpful and friendly. The only office concern we had was the tv selection which the staff listened to us and changed the talk show which had a stressful topic. A humble suggestion would be to get the animal tv that Marietta Eye Clinic plays or at least a calming all-day type of station. Thank you for all your help!

The doctor told us to return in 6 months, but the office can't schedule that far out. This means one more thing for me to remember and do later. Would be much easier for an overwhelmed caregiver to set it up at check out. I look after 3 people so I'm always taking someone to a doctor. This is the case with other Wellstar practices as well.
