Our pain medicine experts work closely with a network of specialists, including physical therapists and chiropractors, so we can offer comprehensive pain management services. If a patient is a candidate for spine surgery, we refer them to a neurosurgeon.

Appointments and Cancellations
Please call our office to schedule an appointment or request an appointment online. If you need to cancel, we ask that you notify us 24 to 48 hours prior to the appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Insurance and Payments
Wellstar North Fulton Spine & Pain Center has an insurance team that contacts your insurance company to know what your benefits pay for. If you do not have insurance, there are cash options. A benefits coordinator can work with you to determine costs.

A referral is the best way for the Wellstar North Fulton Spine & Pain Center team to obtain information about you to create your personal care plan. However, self-referrals are accepted.
If you don’t have a physician referral, please call us to schedule an appointment. Please provide as much medical history as you can so a personal plan of care can be initiated.
We will evaluate your pain and provide a referral if appropriate. Or, request an appointment online.
If you have back pain that has not responded to other forms of pain management treatments and have a physician referral for a spine surgeon, contact Wellstar Neurosurgery to schedule an appointment.
