The Wound Treatment and Burn Center at Wellstar Cobb Medical Center offers critical care to severe burns and comprehensive care and management for chronic, non-healing wounds and sores, using a multi-disciplinary team approach to healing acute and chronic burns and wounds. The outpatient clinic offers services to both walk-in patients and scheduled return visits. We offer state-of-the-art hyperbaric oxygen therapy to both inpatient and outpatients. The Inpatient Burn Unit provides care to critically ill burn patients and those that must undergo long-term burn care.

Wellstar Cobb has had a collaborative partnership with JMS, offering outpatient burn care and treatment. Based in Augusta, GA, JMS is the largest burn center in the US. They extend their expertise through four specialized burn centers in hospitals across the Southeast. Patients travel from across Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and beyond for these critical services. The burn unit has 30 beds and is located on the Fourth Floor, North Tower of Wellstar Cobb Medical Center.
