Dr. Kathryn Potter grew up in Powdersville, SC, and completed her undergraduate education at Presbyterian College, graduating valedictorian of her class. She then pursued her medical degree at Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Dr. Potter completed her internal medicine internship and dermatology residency at the University of Florida, serving as chief resident her final year. She received additional fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at the University of Vermont Medical Center under the direction of Dr. Glenn Goldman. Dr. Potter has collaborated on and co-authored numerous research publications and book chapters. She is double boarded certified in dermatology and Mohs micrographic surgery.
