My visit with Bailey W Chambers at Wellstar Colorectal Surgery was honestly way better than I expected... especially given the situation ?. She made what could've been a very awkward visit feel comfortable, normal, and even a little lighthearted. Super easy to talk to and took her time explaining everything so I actually understood what was going on. And I also have to shout out Javier, her MA-he was just as compassionate and understanding. As a male in a very delicate situation, that kind of energy really matters, and he made sure I felt at ease the whole time. Overall, I walked in a little stressed and walked out feeling informed, respected, and honestly relieved.

I was in so much pain. I called and a young gentleman answered and he heard the distress in my voice and provided me with a same day appointment. The PA I saw was very compassionate, understanding and professional. I'm truly grateful for the service I received.
