Traveling North on I-75:

Take Exit #278
Take left at light at bottom of exit ramp
.5 miles to Highway 92W/Lake Acworth Drive , and take right
2.1 miles to Highway 41/Cobb Parkway NW, and take right
1.8 miles to Acworth Health Park entrance on right, just north of Cedarcrest/Awtrey Church Road


Traveling North on Highway 41/Cobb Parkway NW:

Travel north from Kennesaw to Acworth on Highway 41/Cobb Parkway NW
Acworth Health Park entrance on right, just north of Cedarcrest/Awtrey Church Road


Traveling South on I-75:
