Prescription Refills

Please have your pharmacist fax your refill request to (770)948-0771 or e-prescribe.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your refill request to be filled.

Referrals

Referrals will be complete within 3 days.

For all non-urgent new referrals, you may need to make an appointment to see your Primary Care Physician before the referral will be completed.

General Directions

From I20, take the Hwy 5/Bill Arp Hwy exit #34, go North on Bill Arp Hwy/Hwy 5, take the first right onto Concourse Pkwy. Our office is located on the left at the corner of Bill Arp Hwy and Concourse Pkwy in the Parkway Professional Building, suite H.

Appointments & Cancellations

To schedule an appointment please call our appointment line: (770)941-8100. Our phones are open between the hours of 8:30am to 4:40pm. During the hours of 11:45am to 1:00pm and 4:40pm to 8:30am phones are on answering service for emergencies.

Please call 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Hospitalization

Our Physicians refer to Wellstar Cobb and Douglas Hospitals. If you are admitted as an in-patient at Cobb or Douglas Hospital, you will be seen by a Hospitalist physician who will communicate with your Primary Care Physician.

A Hospitalist is a physician who specializes in caring for patients in the hospital 24 hours a day. They are Board Certified Internal Medicine Physicians who will be responsible for your care from admission through discharge.
