Prescription Refills
If you would like to request a prescription refill please call our office at (770)944-1830 and press 2.
 
If this is a routine maintenance medication, please call your pharmacy and have them fax us a refill request at 770-739-0260.
 
FOR CURRENT PATIENTS ONLY:If you would like to request a prescription refill online, you may click on the prescription refill link on this web page.
 
You must have been seen by a physician in our office within the last six months or at the discretion of the physician for refills.
 
ALL REFILLS WILL BE CALLED IN OR FAXED TO THE PHARMACY BACK BY 6:00 PM OR YOU WILL BE CONTACTED.
 
We will not call in any narcotics on nights or weekends.

General Directions

We are located approximately .5 miles from the Austell Road Cobb County Transit bus stop.
 
From I-75: Take Windy Hill Road exit (#260) and turn west toward Smyrna. Travel approximately 6 miles to Austell Road. Turn left on Austell Road. Continue for 3 miles and turn right on Mulkey Road right before WellStar Cobb Hospital. We are located at 1790 Mulkey Road, #8.
 
From I-20: Take Thornton Road exit and turn right if coming from I-20 West and turn left if coming from I-20 East. Go approximately 2 miles and turn right at the red light for Maxham Road. Maxham road will then turn into Austell Road. Go to the red light just pass WellStar Cobb Hospital and turn left onto Mulkey Road. We are at 1790 Mulkey Road, #8.

Appointments & Cancellations

To schedule an appointment please call our appointment line: (770) 944-1830 and press 2.
 
Our phones are open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. For emergencies, between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., weekends and holidays press 9 for the answering service.
 
We have limited appointments beginning at 7:30 a.m.
 
If you would like to request a non-urgent appointment or cancel an appointment more than 2 business days in advance, we offer online appointment requests by clicking the link on this page. This is option is for current patients only. All new patients must call our office at 770-944-1830 and choose option 2 to schedule an appointment.
 
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice or there will be a $25 no show fee.

Hospitalization

Our physicians have privileges at Cobb Hospital. If you are admitted as an in-patient at any WellStar Hospital, you will be seen by a Hospitalist physician who will communicate with your Primary Care Physician.
 
A Hospitalist is a physician who specializes in caring for patients in the hospital 24 hours a day. They are Board Certified Internal Medicine Physicians who will be responsible for your care from admission through discharge.
