General Directions

From I-75 North/South: Take Canton Road North Exit 267A. Follow Canton Hwy North to the first light, Sandy Plains Road. Turn right onto Sandy Plains Road and follow to the second light, West Oak Parkway. Turn right and follow to the Northpoint Business Park, second left. Enter into the park and bear left. Follow to the far end, Suite 101.

Appointments & Cancellations

To schedule an appointment please call our appointment line (770) 795-8783 and select appointments. Our phones are open between the hours of 9:00am to 4:30pm. During the hours of 12:00pm to 1:30pm the calls are answered by our answering service for emergencies. For after hours, call the main line (770) 795-8783 and the answering service will direct the call accordingly to the on-call nurse or physician. If you would like to request a non-urgent appointment or cancel an appointment, we offer online appointment requests by clicking the link on the web page.

Insurance and Payment

We are committed to meeting your health care needs. Our goal is to keep your insurance or other financial arrangements as simple as possible.

WellStar Medical Group participates in most major insurance plans. For a complete list of insurance participants at this practice please call the practice main line. We will file your insurance for you if we are a participating provider of your plan.

All co-payments are due at the time of service. Please remember to bring your insurance card (HMO, CMO, PPO, etc.) with you to each appointment.

Hospitalization

Our doctor has privileges at WellStar Kennestone Hospital and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite. All pediatric admissions referred to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite.

It is a joy for us to watch children grow and we are honored to share this journey with our families. Dr. Colon has been with the Wellstar Physicians Group for over ten years. We offer free parking, which is convenient to the front door.
