General Directions

From Hwy. 41 (Cobb Parkway). Take Barrett Parkway about 4.5 miles until it intersects with Hwy. 120 (Dallas Highway). Turn right on Dallas Highway. Travel approximately 10 miles to the intersection of Hwy.120 and Hwy.6 (Briar Patch BBQ restaurant and Community Trust Bank is on the left and a shopping center on the right). Go through the intersection and get into the left turn lane after the bank. Turn left on a private road marked with a WellStar East Paulding Primary Care sign at the first building (Building A). Take the road to the top of the hill to our location in Building B. (Note: If you reach the intersection of Hwy. 278, you have gone too far.)

From Hwy. 278 East: Take Hwy. 278 to where it intersects with Hwy. 120. Turn left on Hwy. 120 (Dallas Hwy.). Take the first right on the private road marked with a WellStar East Paulding Primary Care sign. Take the road to the top of the hill to our location in Building B.

From Hwy. 278 West (from I-20): Take Thornton Road (Hwy. 278) west to the intersection of Hwy. 92 and 278. Continue for approximately two miles. After passing Dairy Queen on the right, go through the next intersection and take the first right onto Hiram Drive marked with a large blue and white WellStar East Paulding Primary Care sign. Take an immediate left into our parking lot – Building B.

Appointments & Cancellations

To schedule an appointment please call our main line: (678)945-8300 and press 2. Appointment requests will be answered within 24 hours. If you need to schedule a sick appointment, please call the main line to speak with one of our skilled Triage Nurses. Please have your insurance card on hand when you call to schedule an appointment.


Our phones are open between the hours of 8am to 5pm.


If you would like to request a non-urgent appointment or cancel an appointment more than 2 business days in advance, we offer online appointment requests by clicking the link on this web page.


Please give us advanced notice if you are unable to keep your appointment so we may be able to give that appointment time to someone who needs it.

Insurance and Payment

Be sure to bring in your insurance card to every visit. If your child is covered by more than one insurance plan we will need the information for all plans. If your plan requires that you select a primary care physician, be sure that you have selected one of our providers before you arrive to the office for your appointment.

We are committed to meeting your health care needs. Our goal is to keep your insurance or other financial arrangements as simple as possible.

WellStar Medical Group participates in most major insurance plans. For a complete list of insurance participants at this practice please call the practice main line. We will file your insurance for you if we are a participating provider of your plan.

All co-payments are due at the time of service. Please remember to bring your insurance card (HMO, CMO, PPO, etc.) with you to each appointment.

Our Physicians have privileges at WellStar Kennestone Hospital.

Our family-friendly Pediatric practice in Paulding County provides quality and compassionate care.

We offer free parking as well as a covered drop-off area for patients located at the front door. The building has full handicap access. Public transportation is available through the Paulding County Transit system.
