WellStar Douglas Surgical Associates, Hiram Location is located at the Intersection of Highway 278 and Bill Carruth Parkway, in the WellStar Professional Building.
 
From Douglasville:
Travel North on Hwy 92 towards Hiram, turn Left onto Bill Carruth Parkway, we are in the WellStar Professional Building , which will be on the Left side of the road before coming to the intersection of 278 and Bill Carruth Parkway.  Our office is located on the first floor of that building in Suite 180.
 
From I-75:
Exit 265, North 120 Loop, and head west. Turn right on Whitlock Avenue and travel approximately 20 miles. Whitlock becomes Dallas Highway - Highway 120. Cross over 278 and the Professional Building is on the Right.  We are on the first floor of that Building in Suite 180.
 
From I-20:
Exit 44, Thornton Road toward Austell. Travel approximately 12 miles
on Thornton Road - Highway 278. In Hiram, turn left on Bill Carruth Parkway,
We are located in the Professional Building on the first floor, Suite 180.

 

 

The office is closed for lunch between the hours of 12:00pm - 1:00pm Monday through Thursday. However, due to surgery schedules, office hours for appointments are subject to change.
