General Directions

From I-75: Take the Canton Road exit toward Marietta (#267B). You will view Kennestone Hospital on your right, at the very next stop light you will turn left onto Cherry Street. We are located in the Mediplex building on your right hand side in Suite A.

Appointments & Cancellations

To schedule an appointment please call our office: (770) 423-0895.

Our phones are open between the hours of 8:15am to 4:00pm. For emergent situations during the hours of 4:00pm to 8:15am, an on-call physician may be reached by calling (770) 928-5057.

If you would like to request a non-urgent appointment or cancel an appointment more than 2 business days in advance, we offer online appointment requests by clicking the link on this web page.

New Patients and those patients who have not been seen by their provider in the last year are requested to complete the paperwork found on the website and bring it with them to their scheduled appointment.

We request all new patients arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to complete the registration process.

Late arrivals could be asked to reschedule.

We also request 24 hour cancellation notice.

Insurance and Payment

Marietta Family Medicine will submit a claim to your insurance company, all co-pays, co-insurance and self-pay payments are collected at the time of service.

Hospitalization

Our doctors have privileges at WellStar Kennestone Hospital. If you are admitted as an in-patient at WellStar Kennestone Hospital, you will be seen by a Hospitalist physician who will communicate with your Primary Care Physician.

A Hospitalist is a physician who specializes in caring for patients in the hospital 24 hours a day. They are Board Certified Internal Medicine Physicians who will be responsible for your care from admission through discharge.

Practice News

Holiday Closings:

Our office is closed to observe Thanksgiving Holiday - November 25th and 26th.

We are also closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Eve and New Years Day.

If our office is closed for the day and you need to reach the on-call physician, please call our answering service at (770) 928-5057.

Dr. Bayles and Dr. Hill share call with Dr. William Snell.
