General Directions

From I-75 North: Exit Canton Road (#267B). At the first light (Church Street Extension), make a right. Turn left on Marble Mill Connector. Follow the road to the first stop sign and make a left. Our office is immediately on the right across from the intersection.
 

Appointments & Cancellations

To schedule an appointment please call our appointment line: (770) 422-8315 and press 2.
 
Our phones are open between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm. During the hours of 5:00pm to 8:30am our phones are on answering service for emergencies.
 
If you would like to request a non-urgent appointment or cancel an appointment more than 2 business days in advance, we offer online appointment requests by clicking the link on this web page.
 
We request 24 hour cancellation notice. Appointments that are not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be subject to a $25 no-show fee.

It is time to immunize against the Flu! Call to make your appointment today to receive your Flu Shot or Flu Mist. We are also vaccinating parents.
 
We are offering a Fast Track Clinic Monday through Friday. You can walk in without an appointment for a sick visit between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
