From I-75 North: Exit Wade Green Road (#273) and take a left onto Wade Green. (Wade Green will turn into Cherokee Street after .5 miles). Proceed .7 miles and we are located at 3805 Cherokee Street (second drive on the right).

Appointments & Cancellations

To schedule an appointment please call our appointment line: (770) 426 - 5666 then follow the prompts.

Our phones are open between the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm. During the hours of 4:00pm to 8:00am our phones are on answering service for emergencies.

Dr Tami Breton and her Nurse Practitioners are accepting patient appointments on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:15 am thru 5:00 pm, and on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:15 am thru 6:15 pm.

We request 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid a $25 No Show Charge to your account.

Annual Flu shots are available and may be requested through the online scheduling link.

Insurance and Payment

We are committed to meeting your health care needs. Our goal is to keep your insurance or other financial arrangements as simple as possible.

Wellstar Medical Group participates in most major insurance plans. For a complete list of insurance participants at this practice please call the practice main line. We will file your insurance for you if we are a participating provider of your plan.

All co-payments are due at the time of service. Please remember to bring your insurance card (HMO, CMO, PPO, etc.) with you to each appointment.

Hospitalization

Our physicians have privileges at Kennestone Hospital. If you are admitted as an inpatient at Kennestone Hospital, you will be seen by a Hospitalist physician who will communicate with your Primary Care Physician.

A Hospitalist is a physician who specializes in caring for patients in the hospital 24 hours a day. They are Board Certified Internal Medicine Physicians who will be responsible for your care from admission through discharge.

Free parking is available with additional parking in the rear of the building. A covered patient drop-off area is located at the front door. Our practice is also accessible by Cobb County Transit.
