Carey and Tim Waters have gotten to know OB/GYN William Green, M.D., and his
team well over the years, thanks to twins Josh and Hannah (age 7), Madison (age 4) and Claire (8 months), all born at WellStar Cobb Hospital.
“When we moved to the area and I was looking for a doctor, a neighbor recommended Dr. Green’s practice. “I think I saw every doctor in the practice when I was pregnant with the twins! It was a tough pregnancy, and I spent several weeks in the hospital on bed rest,” said Carey.
“Dr. Green is so reassuring, honest and easy to talk to. I’m an RN, so I’m used to working with physicians, but it’s different when I’m the patient. Just seeing him makes me feel better – when he’s there, I know everything is going to be okay. Although Madison’s and Claire’s births were calmer, each of my pregnancies was challenging and the babies all arrived early – I definitely needed that reassurance!”
The Waters children also see WellStar pediatrician Kelly Davillier, M.D. “We just love her,” said Carey, “and the kids are so comfortable there. We’ve been with them from the beginning. We know all the nurses, and they know us.”
